Communion Ministry & Caring Friends

COMMUNION MINISTRY - In worship we gather as God’s children to hear God’s Word and be renewed in God’s promises. In worship, we come to the Table to receive the Sacrament of Holy Communion and hear the unconditional promise of God’s grace and love. Communion ministry is the bringing the Holy Communion to those who are not able to attend worship because of health and life circumstances. Trained communion ministers extend God’s love and in this act receive God’s love themselves.

CARING FRIENDS - Going through a tough time or finding yourself lonely? Do you know of someone who is homebound or would like some good company? We would love to pair you with another SOLLC member for a visit and comforting conversation.

For more information, please contact Pastor Karen at 952-230-2912 or at karentreat@sollc.org.
