Community Action Partnership (CAP)
Local agency offering a variety of local services for those in need. We collect non-perishable food items monthly and adopt "Hope for the Holidays" families at Christmas.
Creation Care
Educates and holds us environmentally accountable by sharing and implementing ideas, assessing building use and practices and urging policy change.
Families and Individuals Sharing Hope (FISH)
FISH is a network that tackles local issues and connects real Scott County people (and their needs) with services, resources and generous people like you.
Families Moving Forward
Help provide a meal, hospitality and accommodations for homeless SW Metro families with children. We host FMF families at church (overnight) for a week each quarter.
Lutheran Partners in Global Ministry
With work in 10 countries, LPGM connects us with churches in other countries to create relationships and share resources for education, skill training, food security and building communities.
Meals on Wheels
Join our SOLLC team of driver, helping an hour or two each month delivering pre-prepared lunch to seniors and the temporarily homebound.
Memorial Blood Center
You can save lives in 3 ways (platelets, red blood cells and plasma) by donating at our quarterly blood drives.
No Horsin' Around
We provide food, learn about daily life and worship (bilingual) with the families caring for horses at Canterbury Park.
Serve Your Zipcode
The mission of this group is to serve our local and surrounding communities through regular and ongoing volunteer opportunities.
Shepherd's Path Community Garden
This is a visible way to reach out to share abundance and build relationships with our larger community. Learn, grow, eat and share.
The Link (Passageways)
The Link is a partner of SOLLC that provides housing, community and counseling to sex-trafficked youth. Donate clothing and personal items or lead activities.
Winter Warmers
Knit and crochet caps and scarves for local homeless shelters. Patterns, yarn and lessons available!
WELCA Garage Sale
Women of the ELCA put on our successful annual Garage Sale each May.
Young Adults in Global Mission (YAGM)
This transformational, year-long Lutheran program sends youth ages 18-24 all around the world.
