Stretch & Pray
Learn to use your breath as a form of wordless prayer, or meditation. By focusing on our breath through a series of gentle stretches, we will work toward finding a place of deep peace within ourselves, and help us find this place of peace in our daily lives.
Weekly drop-in classes.
