This past week, a group of our high school students participated in the 2023 High School Service and Adventure Trip. The group went out to Fort Collins, Colorado to serve La Familia, an organization that works with the Latinx community of Northern Colorado. Our students cleaned up the community garden, as well as mulched La Familia's playground. They were able to play with some of the preschool students and hear stories about how La Familia makes a difference in Northern Colorado.
Along the way, students got to enjoy Estes Park, some waterslides at Water World, Mount Rushmore, Deadwood, South Dakota, and deepen their relationships with God and one another.
