I just discovered Sunday School at SOLLC after the program year began. How can I check it out to make sure it’s a good fit?

Will my child(ren) stay in Sunday School throughout the entire worship service?

Children will begin worship services in their classrooms and later join their families to be present for the Sacrament, The Lord’s Prayer, and closing music.

What leader expectations are there for parents and caregivers of Sunday School students?

We have a vibrant student leader program. Parents and caregivers of Sunday School students are expected to support these student leaders 1-2 times throughout the entire program year.

You do not have to be a member of our church to attend. All are welcomed and affirmed with

Children can begin Sunday School when they turn 3 years old and are able to use the bathroom independently. Sunday School is for preschool-fourth grade students. A caring adult from the child’s family is expected to lead 1-2 times in the program year.

SUNDAY SCHOOL REGISTRATION

When registering your child(ren) for Sunday School, please register for the Sunday worship time you will attend (9am or 10:30am). Sunday School begins meeting on September 13th.

No programming on the following Sundays:

October 18, November 1, November 29, December 20, December 27, January 3, February 14, March 28, April 4

NOTE: You only need to register your child for Sunday School one time for the program year. Children may join Sunday School at any point throughout the program year. We welcome friends and guests!‌
