HOW DOES SOLLC WORK WITH HOPE'S PORTAGE?

Scott County is the overall project and facility owner and operator. The CAP Agency will provide all of the coordinated services and case management for clients. Shepherd of the Lake will provide wrap around services including a food pantry, starter supply packs, apartment flipping in between family stays, and special activities and events.
