Every Child is a Reader Book Drive!
On May 4th from 9am-12pm in the SOLLC upper path, the Scott County community is invited to choose books to take home and keep.

About the event
Reading is for everyone! Every child deserves the chance to read and have access to books that excite them. Reading with and to children helps them increase vocabulary, build empathy, ignite curiosity, and develop knowledge. Unfortunately, over 65% of students are not reading at grade level. How can we help?
SOLLC is hosting a book drive to collect new and gently used books for children ages 0-12 during the months of March and April. Collection boxes will be placed near the church and preschool entrances.
On May 4th from 9am-12pm in the SOLLC upper path, community members will be invited to choose books to take home and keep.
