Holden Village Fall Trip - Register by June 25!

Join SOLLC friends on a Fall Sojourn to Holden Village, September 15-20!*

Journey with 100+ people from around the country to spend a week high in the remote mountains of Washington State, at world-renowned Lutheran retreat center Holden Village. Our own Pastor Jonathan will be the music leader for the week, and Bible studies and keynote presentations will be provided by Bishop Meggan Manlove from the Northwest Intermountain Synod of the ELCA, as well as theology faculty from Valparaiso University.

While at Holden Village you will have the opportunity to create your own rhythms for each day according to your interests. Teaching sessions and opportunities for creative engagement will be bountiful. You are encouraged to take time for rest and recreation - hiking, fly-fishing, weaving, other crafts, and a host of other activities

If you plan to go on this remarkable trip, please follow these steps:

1. Register and pay at Holden Village via this link: https://forms.gle/KDm6rQeHuNK9Qs2h9. 

2. Register with SOLLC, click on this link to register with SOLLC. Pay $100 to reserve your spot on the boat to get to the remote Holden Village.

3. Book your own transportation to Washington (planes, trains, shuttles, whatever!)

4. Come to a meeting in late June. The SOLLC crew will share how each person plans to arrive in Chelan to meet the boat. Pastor Jonathan will send out these details after everyone has registered.

* Because I am now the musician for the event, they have asked me to stay at Holden Village until Sunday, September 22.

When you register, you can choose to depart on Friday the 20th, or pay for a couple extra nights and depart on the 22nd. Either way is fine with me and our group!
